Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a selected courier service.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, ENRICHBEAUTY is not responsible for postal delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, weather conditions, strikes or circumstances outside of our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or believed to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Parcels are not considered officially lost until the courier’s stated timeframe has passed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
ENRICHBEAUTY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected orders.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties charged by their country.
ENRICHBEAUTY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and products.
We will review each case individually and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
