Refund policy
At Enrichbeauty, we strive to provide high quality professional products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us via email or Instagram with your order number. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened adhesives
- Bonders
- Removers
- Any used or opened products
- Sale items
- Digital products and training materials
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer require the item, you may return eligible unopened products once received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
